This website functions as my online gallery/shop where users can view and comment as well as purchase originals or other products copyrighted to me, Lene Fredriksen. The site also provides content with articles and videos related to creativity with the option of signing up for receiving emails by Lene Fredriksen.

It is used to send periodic emails (if that is what you have signed up for), to respond to your request, for marketing purposes and to build my relationship with you and provide value that you request by signing up.
Regarding any contact via email, a trusted third-party service, “Mailchimp” is used. All third parties used by me agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

I collect payment information for each order but I do not store payment information on this site. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via my e-commerce software providers. Ecommerce software providers that may be used are
-Paypal (incl. Zettle bank terminal (online purchase through or outside this website)

-Conta faktura (certain bank transfers within Norway, when painting is sold outside of this website)
For shipping of originals, I collaborate with “Posten” as the shipping company. For international shipping, other relevant shipping companies may take over along the way.
We only provide the shipping company with necessary personal information for the delivery of the product (i.e. full name, phone number, home address and delivery address).
Why:
All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage my customer relationship with you. I am also legally obligated according to the Norwegian law to keep your payment information. See “Data retention” for the duration of keeping your data regarding a purchase.
