Oil painting on cradled wood panel, 30 x 50 cm. The cradle is about 3,7 cm deep and the edges are painted so that it looks good with or without a frame on the wall. Ready to hang.

Symbolism of the artwork "Touched by light"

The autumn leaf series represents a turning point in my life—the shedding of my old self to make room for someone new or rather someone even closer to my soul than before. At the time, I didn't quite know what was on the horizon, but I could sense that change was coming. It was the start of my journey into deeper questions about life and spirituality. As I began to ask these questions, the answers seemed to surface from within me. I named the painting "Touched by Light" because once I started to see the light, there was no going back. It illuminated everything.
